I am beyond thrilled to share this meditation series with you. Meditation, to me, is one of the most effective tools we have to call our power back to us by igniting that stillness within, where all our answers are waiting for us.

This Ancient Vedic type of meditation teaches you varying ways to meditate which were instrumental in my journey of a spontaneous spiritual awakening, knowns as a kundalini. At the time it happened I had no concept of what that meant. I was working as a network engineer looking for relaxation tools. When others in the class said I experienced kundalini, I said, a kundawhat? To me, it sounded like a pasta. I had zero conscious awareness of anything spiritual. Looking back I now understand that a spiritual awakening is a "waking up" or remembering who we truly are and why we are here. This was always the path I was suppose to be on.
I can say first hand that these meditation techniques are the real deal. Even if you practice other meditation styles it is still worth giving this a try. Just as I did and as many others have experienced these styles of meditation and can attest to its power. If you are interested in higher states of relaxation, sharing group consciousness of the highest illumination of light, to usher in calm and peace in your life then please join me.
Since 2008 when I learned these techniques, I have never felt so much peace in my life when practicing these styles of meditation. This practice really does provide all the benefits that are noted on the flier. I know it sounds like marketing lingo, but it is not! Anyone who knows me has heard of my profound meditative experiences. Now I can share my gifts and blessings through my hypnotherapy and energy work with my innate knowing and connection with people helping them to align mind, body and spirit.
