Bridgette Clark

Bridgette’s fitness journey began in 1989 as an aerobics instructor in college.  Her studies in physical therapy led her to also pursue education in Massage Therapy.  She has always been fascinated by anatomy & physiology; especially, the fascia and muscular system.  This quest has led to a beautiful blending of Yoga, Pilates & Massage Therapy.

Mission

In every class she teaches, she is incorporating these three disciplines, as well as organic, pure, essential oils, for an all-encompassing, therapeutic experience.  The oils aid in energetically cleansing us of that which is no longer serving us.  Pilates helps us to build strength from the inside out, building on foundations.  Like a tree adding rings to its trunk; flexible enough in the wind yet strong enough to weather the storm.  Yoga allows us to strengthen & stretch our muscles, breaking up myofascial adhesions.  When we stand taller, our body works better.
