Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. The goal of directing energy is to help facilitate the person's own healing response. It's based on an Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body's innate or natural healing abilities.

Intuitive Energy Work
I work with only the Angelic Realm to communicate with the light body or otherwise known as the soul. The hybrid form of intuitive energy work I utilize consists of being guided to what will best serve each individual. In addition to using a hands off form of Reiki, as energy doesn't need to be transferred or emitted by touch because energy is actively around us at all times, higher frequencies and energies are called in that can include chakra clearing and balancing, light language and DNA Helix activation that allow the aligning of energies for that persons highest and best possible interests.

Chakras are energy
centers that run
through our bodies,
which there are 7 main Chakra centers in the body. The idea is that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the body, mind, and spirit.
Chakra translates to "wheel" in Sanskrit, and you can imagine them like wheels of free-flowing positive energy.
In yoga, chakras are used to describe the way energy “moves” throughout the body.
